Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before accessing Listing.my, creating an account, submitting a business listing, purchasing a listing plan, or using any other service provided through the website.

1. About These Terms

These Terms and Conditions govern:

  • Access to and use of Listing.my;
  • The submission, creation, claiming and management of business listings;
  • The purchase of paid listing plans, promotional placements and related services;
  • The publication and use of content on Listing.my; and
  • The relationship between Listing.my and its users, advertisers and listing customers.

By accessing the website, registering an account, submitting or claiming a listing, completing payment, or otherwise using our services, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

If you are using Listing.my on behalf of a company, partnership, organisation or other entity, you represent and warrant that you are authorised to accept these Terms and Conditions on its behalf.

If you do not agree with these Terms and Conditions, you must not use the website or purchase any Listing.my service.

2. Nature of Listing.my

Listing.my operates as an online business directory and promotional platform that allows businesses and service providers to publish information about their operations.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, Listing.my:

  • Is not the owner, operator, agent, representative, partner or employee of any listed business;
  • Does not supply the products or services advertised by listed businesses;
  • Is not a party to transactions between users and listed businesses;
  • Does not independently verify every statement, qualification, licence, accreditation, price, offer or representation contained in a listing; and
  • Does not guarantee the quality, legality, availability, suitability or performance of any listed product, service or business.

The inclusion of a business on Listing.my does not by itself constitute certification, recommendation, endorsement or verification by Listing.my.

Users should conduct their own checks before entering into any transaction with a listed business.

3. Eligibility and Authority

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to:

  • Create or manage an account;
  • Submit, claim or purchase a listing;
  • Make payments through Listing.my; or
  • Enter into any commercial arrangement with Listing.my.

General visitors may browse publicly available pages without creating an account, subject to these Terms and Conditions.

When submitting or managing a listing for a business, you represent and warrant that:

  • You are the business owner or an authorised representative;
  • You have authority to publish and manage the business information;
  • You have authority to incur charges on behalf of the business;
  • The information supplied is accurate and lawful; and
  • Your activities do not breach any agreement with the business or another party.

Listing.my may request reasonable evidence of identity, ownership, authority, registration, licensing or business status before approving or continuing a listing.

4. User Accounts

Certain services may require you to create an account.

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current and complete account information;
  • Keep your information updated;
  • Maintain the confidentiality of your username, password and other credentials;
  • Use reasonable measures to prevent unauthorised access;
  • Notify Listing.my promptly if you suspect unauthorised account activity; and
  • Accept responsibility for activities conducted through your account, except to the extent caused directly by Listing.my’s failure to exercise reasonable care.

Listing.my may rely on instructions received through your account unless we have received reasonable notice that the account has been compromised.

You must not sell, transfer, sublicense or provide access to your account without our prior written approval.

5. Business Listings

A listing may contain information such as:

  • Business names and trading names;
  • Business descriptions;
  • Addresses and service areas;
  • Telephone numbers and email addresses;
  • Website and social-media links;
  • Operating hours;
  • Products and services;
  • Images, videos and logos;
  • Prices, promotions or offers;
  • Qualifications, awards or accreditations; and
  • Other information accepted by Listing.my.

You are responsible for reviewing your listing and notifying us of any material error or change.

Listing.my may format, categorise, shorten, edit or standardise submitted information where reasonably necessary for consistency, readability, search functionality, legal compliance or platform operation. We will not intentionally alter the substantive meaning of your listing without reasonable grounds.

Payment for a listing does not remove the listing from our editorial, technical, legal or moderation requirements.

6. Paid Listing Plans

Certain listings, categories, placements, features or promotional services are available only through a paid plan.

The scope of each plan will be described on the applicable pricing, checkout, proposal or order page. Depending on the plan purchased, features may include:

  • Publication in selected categories;
  • Additional business information;
  • Images or multimedia;
  • Website or social-media links;
  • Priority review;
  • Enhanced visual presentation;
  • Featured or sponsored placement;
  • Lead or enquiry functions;
  • Promotional exposure; or
  • Other features stated at the time of purchase.

Features not expressly included in the purchased plan are not part of the service.

Listing.my may update plan names, features and prices from time to time. Changes will not normally reduce the paid features already confirmed for an existing fixed subscription period, except where a change is reasonably required for security, law, third-party platform restrictions, technical operation or prevention of misuse.

7. Orders and Acceptance

Submitting an order or payment does not automatically require Listing.my to publish or retain a listing.

An order is subject to:

  • Successful payment;
  • Completion of required information;
  • Review of the business and submitted content;
  • Compliance with these Terms and Conditions;
  • Availability of the selected category or promotional placement; and
  • Any verification reasonably requested by Listing.my.

A binding order is formed when Listing.my confirms acceptance, activates the relevant service, or publishes the listing, whichever occurs first.

If Listing.my declines an order before providing the purchased service, we will refund the amount paid for that declined order, except where the payment is reasonably retained or applied to costs because of fraud, abusive conduct, a prohibited transaction, a chargeback, or materially false information, subject to applicable law.

8. Fees and Payment

All fees must be paid using a payment method accepted by Listing.my.

Unless otherwise stated:

  • Fees are quoted in Malaysian Ringgit;
  • Payment is required in advance;
  • A listing period begins when the listing or paid feature is activated;
  • Bank, card, payment-gateway or currency-conversion fees imposed by third parties are your responsibility;
  • Discounts cannot be exchanged for cash;
  • Promotional pricing may be subject to separate eligibility requirements; and
  • Listing.my is not responsible for payment delays or failures caused by banks, payment processors or incorrect payment information.

Where applicable, fees may be subject to service tax or other taxes required by Malaysian law. Any applicable tax will be shown during checkout, stated on an invoice, or added to the amount payable as permitted by law.

You authorise Listing.my and its payment providers to process the information required to complete your transaction.

9. Subscription Periods and Renewals

A paid listing will remain active for the period stated on the applicable order, checkout page, invoice or written proposal.

Unless expressly described as automatically renewing, a listing will expire at the end of its paid period unless renewed.

Where automatic renewal is offered and selected:

  • The renewal frequency and price will be disclosed before purchase;
  • You authorise the applicable payment method to be charged at each renewal;
  • Renewal will continue until cancelled in accordance with the stated cancellation process;
  • We may provide a renewal reminder where reasonably practicable; and
  • Changes to renewal pricing will be notified before the new price is charged.

You are responsible for keeping your payment details current.

If a renewal payment fails, Listing.my may suspend paid features, downgrade the listing, remove promotional placement, or allow a reasonable payment-retry period.

10. Cancellations

You may request cancellation through the account controls or contact method specified by Listing.my.

Cancellation ordinarily prevents future renewal. It does not automatically reverse a completed payment or provide a refund for the current listing period.

Where a fixed-term listing is cancelled before expiry, the listing may remain available until the end of the paid period unless:

  • You request its earlier removal;
  • Continued publication would breach these Terms and Conditions;
  • The listing creates a legal, security or reputational risk;
  • A regulator, authority or rights holder requests action; or
  • Listing.my is otherwise entitled or required to remove it.

Removing a listing at your request does not ordinarily pause, extend or transfer the remaining listing period.

11. Refunds

Except where required by applicable law or expressly stated in a written refund policy, paid listing fees are non-refundable once:

  • The listing has been published;
  • The selected promotional period has begun;
  • Work on a customised listing or campaign has commenced;
  • Digital features have been activated; or
  • Listing.my has otherwise substantially begun providing the service.

A refund will not normally be provided merely because:

  • The listing receives fewer views, clicks, enquiries or sales than expected;
  • Search-engine rankings change;
  • A user decides not to continue using the listing;
  • Submitted information was incomplete, inaccurate or non-compliant;
  • A listing is suspended or removed because of a breach of these Terms and Conditions;
  • The business closes, relocates, changes ownership or ceases offering a service;
  • The user fails to make use of available features; or
  • A third-party website, search engine, social platform or service changes its systems.

Nothing in this section excludes a refund, remedy or right that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Any approved refund will normally be made to the original payment method. Processing times may depend on the payment provider.

12. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Before initiating a chargeback or payment reversal, you should contact Listing.my and provide a reasonable opportunity for the matter to be reviewed.

A chargeback must not be used to avoid a valid payment obligation or obtain a service without payment.

Where a chargeback, reversal or payment dispute is raised, Listing.my may:

  • Suspend the relevant account or listing;
  • Pause the service while the dispute is investigated;
  • Provide transaction and service records to the payment provider;
  • Recover unpaid fees and reasonable administrative costs where legally permitted; and
  • Restrict future payment methods or purchases.

This section does not prevent you from exercising a legitimate right to dispute an unauthorised, duplicate or incorrectly processed payment.

13. Listing Placement and Performance

Listing.my may determine how listings are:

  • Organised;
  • Categorised;
  • Displayed;
  • Filtered;
  • Ranked;
  • Labelled;
  • Recommended; or
  • Presented across different devices and pages.

Placement may be influenced by factors such as the selected plan, relevance, category, location, completeness, user preferences, content quality, availability, sponsorship, technical requirements and platform testing.

Unless expressly guaranteed in a written order accepted by Listing.my, purchasing a listing does not guarantee:

  • A fixed position;
  • Permanent first-page placement;
  • Search-engine ranking;
  • A minimum number of impressions;
  • Website traffic;
  • Enquiries or leads;
  • Customer conversions;
  • Revenue;
  • Business growth; or
  • Any particular commercial result.

Featured, promoted or sponsored listings may be labelled accordingly where required or considered appropriate.

Listing.my may adjust layouts and placement as part of ordinary platform management, provided the essential paid service remains reasonably consistent with the purchased plan.

14. Listing Review, Suspension and Removal

Listing.my may review listings before or after publication.

We may reject, suspend, edit, limit, reclassify or remove a listing where we reasonably believe that it:

  • Contains false, misleading, deceptive or outdated information;
  • Impersonates another business or person;
  • Infringes intellectual-property or privacy rights;
  • Promotes unlawful, restricted or harmful conduct;
  • Contains defamatory, discriminatory, threatening, obscene or abusive material;
  • Contains malware, deceptive links or unsafe content;
  • Misrepresents qualifications, licences, prices, offers or affiliations;
  • Generates complaints that reasonably require investigation;
  • Breaches these Terms and Conditions;
  • Creates legal, technical, operational, security or reputational risk;
  • Is subject to a court order, regulatory direction or credible rights complaint; or
  • Is otherwise unsuitable for the platform.

Where reasonably appropriate, Listing.my may invite the listing owner to correct the issue before permanent removal. Immediate action may be taken where there is an urgent risk, suspected fraud, unlawful activity, security concern or legal requirement.

Suspension or removal does not necessarily entitle the listing owner to a refund where the action results from its conduct, content, misrepresentation or breach.

15. Prohibited Listings, Spam and Platform Abuse

Listing.my reserves the right, at its sole discretion and to the extent permitted by applicable law, to reject, suspend, restrict, modify or permanently remove any listing, account, website link or submitted content that we reasonably believe is unlawful, misleading, deceptive, harmful, abusive, spam-related, high-risk, inconsistent with the purpose of Listing.my, or otherwise unsuitable for the platform.

Without limiting this right, prohibited or restricted activities include:

  • Illegal or unlawfully operated businesses, products or services;
  • Online casinos, gambling, betting or related services that Listing.my does not accept;
  • Pornographic, sexually explicit, adult or sexual-service websites or content;
  • Link farms, private blog networks (PBNs), doorway pages, parasite SEO pages, spam websites or networks primarily created for search-engine manipulation;
  • Listings created primarily or substantially for obtaining backlinks, passing SEO authority, manipulating search rankings or exploiting Listing.my’s domain authority rather than genuinely representing a business;
  • Websites or services that sell, exchange, automate or manipulate backlinks, rankings, reviews, traffic, engagement or other search or platform signals;
  • Cloaking, hidden content, keyword stuffing, deceptive redirects, malicious redirects or other deceptive SEO practices;
  • Listings containing links that redirect users or search engines to a materially different website, business, domain, service or content from what was originally submitted or approved;
  • Businesses, websites or domains that materially change their purpose, ownership, content or destination after a listing has been approved;
  • Duplicate, mass-generated, automated, misleading or low-quality listings created primarily for promotional, backlink or search-manipulation purposes;
  • Affiliate, lead-generation or intermediary websites that misrepresent themselves as the underlying business or otherwise mislead users about their role;
  • Malware, phishing, scams, fraudulent schemes, deceptive downloads or other malicious or unsafe activities;
  • Attempts to circumvent Listing.my’s moderation, eligibility requirements, technical controls or previous suspension or removal; and
  • Any other activity, content, business model, website, linking practice or conduct that Listing.my reasonably considers abusive, deceptive, manipulative, harmful to users, harmful to the integrity or reputation of Listing.my, or inconsistent with the intended purpose of the directory.

Ongoing Compliance

Approval or publication of a listing does not constitute permanent approval of the business, website, domain, links or content associated with that listing.

Listing.my may review listings and linked websites at any time during the listing period. A listing that was compliant when originally approved may subsequently be suspended or removed if its content, links, ownership, business activities, website destination or other relevant circumstances change.

Users must not replace, redirect, repurpose or modify an approved website or domain in a manner intended to circumvent Listing.my’s review process or these Terms and Conditions.

Removal and Forfeiture of Fees

Where Listing.my reasonably determines that a user has submitted, operated, modified or used a listing in breach of this section, Listing.my may immediately suspend or permanently remove the listing and associated links without prior notice.

Where the breach results from the user’s business, website, content, links, conduct, misrepresentation or attempt to misuse the platform, fees already paid may be forfeited and will not normally be refundable, subject to any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Payment for a listing does not create a right to publication, continued publication, backlink placement, search-engine visibility or continued access to Listing.my’s platform.

16. Accuracy and Legal Compliance

You are solely responsible for ensuring that your listing, business activities and promotional claims comply with applicable laws and industry requirements.

You represent and warrant that:

  • All material information is accurate and not misleading;
  • Prices, discounts and promotions are genuine and adequately explained;
  • Required licences and approvals are current;
  • Testimonials and reviews are authentic and lawfully used;
  • You have evidence supporting objective claims;
  • Your contact information is monitored;
  • You will honour offers published in your listing, subject to clearly disclosed conditions; and
  • You will promptly correct information that becomes inaccurate.

Listing.my may request supporting documentation but is not responsible for continuously monitoring every listed business.

17. Intellectual Property

The Listing.my website, including its original design, layout, software, databases, compilation, text, graphics and underlying code, is owned by or licensed to Listing.my and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

You may access and use the website only for lawful personal or internal business purposes.

You must not, without prior written permission:

  • Copy or republish substantial parts of the website;
  • Scrape, crawl, harvest or systematically extract listing data;
  • Reproduce the Listing.my database;
  • Reverse-engineer website systems;
  • Use Listing.my branding in a misleading manner; or
  • Sell, license or commercially exploit Listing.my content.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions transfers ownership of Listing.my intellectual property to you.

18. Third-Party Names, Logos and Trademarks

Third-party business names, logos, trademarks, service marks and brand identifiers displayed on Listing.my remain the property of their respective owners.

Their display is intended for identification, description, directory, comparison or promotional purposes. It does not by itself imply affiliation, sponsorship, endorsement, certification or partnership.

Business information may be:

  • Submitted by business owners or authorised representatives;
  • Supplied by third-party service providers;
  • Obtained from publicly accessible sources; or
  • Compiled as part of Listing.my’s directory operations.

If you believe a listing misuses your trademark or other protected material, you may submit a complaint containing sufficient information for us to identify and assess the content.

Listing.my may remove, replace or restrict content while a complaint is reviewed. Such action does not constitute an admission of infringement or liability.

19. Licence to Submitted Content

You retain ownership of content that you own and submit to Listing.my.

By submitting content, you grant Listing.my a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable licence to host, store, reproduce, format, edit, adapt, publish, display, distribute and promote that content for:

  • Operating the directory;
  • Displaying and promoting your listing;
  • Providing purchased services;
  • Improving website functionality;
  • Marketing Listing.my and its directory content;
  • Creating previews, category pages and promotional materials; and
  • Maintaining reasonable archival and backup copies.

This licence continues for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service and maintain legal, security, backup and business records.

You represent and warrant that:

  • You own the submitted content or have all required permissions;
  • The content does not infringe third-party rights;
  • The content may lawfully be published and promoted; and
  • Any person shown or identified has provided any legally required consent.

20. Reviews, Ratings and User Contributions

Where Listing.my permits reviews, ratings, comments or other contributions, users must provide honest opinions based on genuine experiences.

Listing.my may moderate, reject or remove contributions that appear:

  • Fabricated or manipulated;
  • Irrelevant;
  • Abusive or threatening;
  • Defamatory;
  • Promotional or spam-based;
  • Submitted in return for undisclosed incentives;
  • Unrelated to a genuine customer experience; or
  • Otherwise inconsistent with platform rules.

Listing.my does not guarantee that every review is accurate. Listed businesses may be given an opportunity to respond, but Listing.my is not required to mediate disputes between reviewers and businesses.

21. Third-Party Links and Services

Listing.my may contain links to external websites, maps, payment providers, social-media platforms and other third-party services.

Listing.my does not control and is not responsible for:

  • Third-party content;
  • External privacy practices;
  • Website availability;
  • Products or services offered externally;
  • Transactions conducted outside Listing.my; or
  • Loss caused by a third-party service.

Accessing an external service is subject to that provider’s terms and policies.

22. Privacy and Personal Data

Listing.my processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy and applicable Malaysian data-protection law.

The Privacy Policy explains matters including:

  • The types of personal data collected;
  • The purposes for which it is processed;
  • The parties to whom data may be disclosed;
  • Retention and security practices;
  • Marketing preferences;
  • Access and correction rights; and
  • How to contact Listing.my about personal data.

You must not submit another person’s personal data unless you have a lawful basis and any required consent to do so.

Where you provide employee, customer, representative or contact-person information, you are responsible for ensuring that the relevant individual has been appropriately informed.

The Privacy Policy forms part of these Terms and Conditions.

23. Website Availability and Changes

Listing.my aims to maintain a reliable platform but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.

The website may be unavailable because of:

  • Maintenance;
  • Updates;
  • Security incidents;
  • Hosting or network failures;
  • Third-party service interruptions;
  • Events outside reasonable control; or
  • Technical or operational requirements.

Listing.my may modify, replace, suspend or discontinue website functions where reasonably necessary. Where a material change affects an active paid service, Listing.my will take reasonable steps to provide a substantially equivalent service, credit, extension or other appropriate remedy where required by law or considered reasonable in the circumstances.

24. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Listing.my and its services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

Listing.my does not warrant that:

  • Every listing is complete or accurate;
  • Every business is properly licensed or financially stable;
  • Listings will remain available indefinitely;
  • The website will be free from all errors, interruptions or harmful components;
  • External links will remain active;
  • A listed business will respond to enquiries; or
  • A paid listing will produce any particular commercial outcome.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes any warranty or obligation that cannot lawfully be excluded.

25. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Listing.my will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive or consequential loss, including loss of profit, revenue, goodwill, opportunity, anticipated savings or data, arising from:

  • Use of or inability to use the website;
  • Reliance on a listing or third-party content;
  • Transactions with listed businesses;
  • Listing errors, omissions or outdated information;
  • Search-engine or third-party platform changes;
  • Suspension or removal carried out under these Terms and Conditions;
  • Unauthorised access caused by a user’s failure to protect account credentials; or
  • Events outside Listing.my’s reasonable control.

Where Listing.my is found liable in connection with a paid service, and where the law permits such a limitation, Listing.my’s aggregate liability will not exceed the total fees paid by the claimant to Listing.my for the specific affected service during the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

This limitation does not apply to liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited, including liability arising from fraud or any other matter for which limitation is prohibited by law.

26. Indemnity

To the maximum extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and keep indemnified Listing.my, its related entities, directors, officers, employees, contractors and agents against claims, losses, liabilities, penalties, damages and reasonable legal costs arising from:

  • Your listing or submitted content;
  • Your products, services, business conduct or customer transactions;
  • Your breach of these Terms and Conditions;
  • Your violation of applicable law;
  • A claim that your content infringes intellectual-property, privacy or other third-party rights;
  • False, misleading or unauthorised information submitted by you; or
  • Your misuse of the website.

This indemnity will not apply to the extent that the relevant loss was directly caused by Listing.my’s fraud, wilful misconduct or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Listing.my may assume control of the defence of a claim covered by this indemnity, and you agree to provide reasonable cooperation.

27. Complaints and Disputes

A user or listing customer should first contact Listing.my and provide:

  • Its name and contact details;
  • The relevant account, listing or order details;
  • A clear description of the issue;
  • Supporting documents; and
  • The requested resolution.

The parties will attempt in good faith to resolve the matter through direct communication.

Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking urgent court relief or exercising any mandatory legal right.

28. Suspension and Termination

Listing.my may suspend or terminate an account or service where:

  • Fees remain unpaid;
  • A payment is reversed or disputed;
  • Information supplied is materially false;
  • The user breaches these Terms and Conditions;
  • The account presents a security risk;
  • The user engages in fraud, abuse or unlawful conduct;
  • Continued service may expose Listing.my or another person to harm; or
  • Suspension is required by law or a competent authority.

You may stop using Listing.my at any time. Ending use of the website does not cancel accrued payment obligations, surviving licences, indemnities or other provisions intended to continue after termination.

29. Force Majeure

Listing.my will not be responsible for delay or failure caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, flooding, fire, epidemic, war, civil disturbance, governmental action, internet failure, telecommunications interruption, cyberattack, utility failure, labour disruption or failure of essential third-party infrastructure.

Listing.my will take reasonable steps to restore affected services when practicable.

30. Changes to These Terms

Listing.my may update these Terms and Conditions to reflect:

  • Changes to the website or services;
  • New paid plans or features;
  • Legal or regulatory developments;
  • Security requirements;
  • Changes in business operations; or
  • Clarification of existing provisions.

The revised terms will be published with an updated effective date.

Where a change materially affects an active paid subscription, Listing.my may provide additional notice through the website, account dashboard or registered contact details.

Continued use after the revised terms take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms, subject to any rights that cannot lawfully be waived.

31. Notices and Electronic Communications

You agree that notices, invoices, receipts, confirmations and contractual communications may be provided electronically through:

  • Email;
  • Your Listing.my account;
  • The website;
  • The checkout process; or
  • Another electronic method you have accepted.

You are responsible for maintaining accurate contact information and checking relevant communications.

Electronic records and confirmations may be retained as evidence of orders, payments, consent and account activity, subject to applicable law.

32. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia.

Subject to any mandatory statutory right or tribunal jurisdiction that cannot be excluded, the courts of Malaysia will have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from or relating to Listing.my, its services or these Terms and Conditions.

33. Severability

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be unlawful, invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be interpreted or limited to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable.

If it cannot be preserved, it will be severed, and the remaining provisions will continue in effect.

34. No Waiver

A failure or delay by Listing.my in exercising a right does not waive that right.

A waiver will be effective only where it is clearly given in writing and will apply only to the specific matter for which it was given.

35. Assignment

You may not assign or transfer your account, listing plan or rights under these Terms and Conditions without Listing.my’s prior written consent.

Listing.my may transfer its rights and obligations as part of a business restructuring, merger, acquisition, sale of assets or transfer of the Listing.my platform, provided that the transfer does not remove any mandatory rights available to you.

36. Entire Agreement

These Terms and Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy, applicable plan description, checkout information, accepted written proposal and any expressly incorporated policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Listing.my concerning the relevant service.

They supersede prior discussions, representations and communications concerning that service, except for statements that cannot lawfully be excluded.

37. Contact Information

Questions, complaints, cancellation requests and legal notices may be submitted through the contact details published on Listing.my.

Listing.my may require reasonable verification before acting on an account, listing, payment, trademark or personal-data request.
