Selangor Human Resource Development Centre, commonly known as SHRDC, is a Shah Alam-based workforce development and corporate training centre with a strong emphasis on technical and industrial skills. Its training portfolio covers manufacturing, industrial automation, microsystems, Industry 4.0 and other competency-based areas alongside essential workplace skills.
SHRDC differentiates itself through hands-on technical development. Its engineering technology programmes cover manufacturing technology and industrial automation, while its wider training portfolio includes Smart Factory competency development, microsystem and semiconductor-related training, solar photovoltaic skills and leadership or management development.
