Description
SwimIn12 has differentiated itself by addressing one of the biggest frustrations faced by swimming learners: making little progress despite attending lessons for months. Its signature programme follows a clearly defined curriculum designed to help beginners learn to swim within 12 instructional hours. The school states that learners who do not complete the required skills within that period may continue receiving lessons without additional lesson charges under the programme’s terms.
Its teaching method extends beyond physical stroke mechanics. Coaches are trained to identify the psychological causes behind water phobia and use communication, relaxation and confidence-building techniques to help learners feel safe. SwimIn12 says its coaches complete 120 hours of training over three to six months, covering practical teaching, psychology and communication. Small beginner classes are generally limited to four students per instructor, while inclusive one-to-one lessons are available with a Certified Autism Specialist coach.
